A European medical reference platform for evidence search.

MedCite is designed for medical reference, research orientation, education, and evidence review. It helps professionals, researchers, and students find and understand medical evidence with cited summaries and direct links to original sources.

The Problem We Solve

Medical knowledge is distributed across journals, databases, guideline bodies, medical societies, and national sources. Healthcare professionals face fragmented access, language barriers, and tools built for non-European workflows.

MedCite brings these sources into a searchable reference layer with cited summaries and links to original evidence. It helps users find and understand medical evidence across biomedical literature, clinical guidelines, reviews, and trusted European sources.

How It Works

  1. 1A user enters a natural language question on any medical or scientific topic
  2. 2We search a vast database of literature and guidelines, prioritised by evidence tier
  3. 3Sources are scored by evidence tier: guidelines, systematic reviews, RCTs, and observational studies
  4. 4AI synthesises the top results into a concise answer with inline citations to original sources

Built for Europe

MedCite prioritises European clinical guidelines, INN drug naming, SI units, and GDPR-compliant infrastructure. It brings together NICE, ESC, EAU, EASL, EULAR, and national guideline bodies alongside biomedical literature and regulatory sources.
